This notice covers enquiries submitted through surgeintel.com. SURGE Intelligence Pty Ltd receives your name, work email, organisation, selected sector and message so Matthew can respond to your enquiry.

Cloudflare hosts the website and provides Turnstile abuse protection, which processes technical browser and network information. Resend transports the enquiry to our business email, hosted by Google Workspace. These providers may process information outside Australia.

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or sector reports. Do not include sensitive operational, personal or client information in this form. We do not store enquiries in a separate website database; correspondence is retained in our business email for enquiry handling and relevant business records.

Contact matthew@surgeintel.com to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Any retention required for legal or business record obligations may affect deletion.
